Azalaya supports statutory consumer cancellation and return rights where they apply. Return eligibility can depend on the product, condition, hygiene or safety restrictions, and the reason for return. Customers should start a return from their account so an RMA reference can be issued. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times can vary. Where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact support promptly and keep packaging and evidence where practical.
